I called Road America RV Assist and they dispatched Jim Lowell, owner/operator of Glacier Towing of Anchorage. He was very efficient and gave us a gentle tow back to Anchorage, where he took us to B&B Automatic Transmission. We arrived at B&B at 3:30pm. They immediately began work and rebuilt the transmission, and we were on our way 10 working hours later at a very reasonable price- and with an extended warranty.
